He’s a holder of a PhD in Organizational Development from the American University in Hawaii. His work includes consulting for the manufacturing and industrial, trading and petrol industries as well as the governmental and public sectors and various other sectors in Egypt and the Middle East. Some of his notable consultations are in the organizational restructuring and development of the Suez Canal Sector for the Arab Republic of Egypt and also working for the vice prime minister of the United Arab Emirates to develop and implement the employment development in UAE. He also worked on developing and executing several trainings for human development on various subjects like Top ten mistakes managers do, Leadership and its importance in organizational development, Creative thinking and many other topics.

He has conducted a number of BCM training for many Banks in Egypt helping them start thinking strategically and how to build, implement and embedding BCM in their culture.
