Diversified professional experience in Quality,  and Information Technology including: billing, CRM , IN, Call Center Solutions, Revenue Assurance,Mediation, Provisioning, IT data Center operation, enterprise application,  E-Tom, ITIL, Process mapping, six sigma Green belt , program & project management and total quality management. Experienced in different migration projects technical & IT systems including system design, business & technical requirements and develop the required process for customer data migration and assure data migrated successfully.


Kareem Kouta

A freelance professional trainer working with the most respectful organizations and training companies in Egypt and the region, graduated from faculty of languages German-English languages and his true passion for business made him work while studying at the university, In 1997 began his career as Sales representative at Jaguar Egypt and got promoted to be the youngest Sales supervisor at this time, Later in 2001, he joined the telecommunication field at Mobinil as a Senior Customer service rep and it was a very rich experience full of solid information and skills, after this position he joined ENPO in 2006 at the Ministry of telecommunication as a Business Development Manager at the chairman’s office, it was also a unique exposure to himself at the governmental work, whilst his position he applied a strategic project still existing and owned by the Egyptian government (The smart card project), he also joined FedEx as a Marketing and Governmental sectors manager at Dec 2007, his last position in 2009 as a Sales Manager at Westwood a mother company of a several training and development companies in Egypt, actually he use to handle a cross functional team Sales, Marketing and customer service, whilst his career path he discovered his true passion of training and people development and that the main asset for any company lies in the employees working for, In 2009 he proceeded in preparing his Master degree in the International Marketing and Global Management at Eslsca Business School (Egypt/France), whilst his MBA he began his work as a freelance instructor at the most respected training and development organizations at Egypt, The American university in Cairo(AUC), American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and the Egyptian Central Bank institute (EBI), add to this the top training and development companies in Egypt and the region. 


Dr. Aiman Elfar

Over 17 years of experience in the fields of business consultancy, organizational management and development and marketing studies, project evaluation, human relations development. He’s a holder of a PhD in Organizational Development from the American University in Hawaii. His work includes consulting for the manufacturing and industrial, trading and petrol industries as well as the governmental and public sectors and various other sectors in Egypt and the Middle East. Some of his notable consultations are in the organizational restructuring and development of the Suez Canal Sector for the Arab Republic of Egypt and also working for the vice prime minister of the United Arab Emirates to develop and implement the employment development in UAE. He also worked on developing and executing several trainings for human development on various subjects like Top ten mistakes managers do, Leadership and its importance in organizational development, Creative thinking and many other topics. 


Sherif Badawy

More than 15 years Experience meeting needs of Business Continuity and Crisis Management aligned with the latest international BCM standards. Holds Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Cairo University 1998, he is officially certified as a BSI 25999 Lead Auditor from Business Standards institute (BSI-London) And Certified international trainer from Boston University and FBIA Academy. He has helped many organizations operating in Egypt, UAE to Develop, Roll-out and implement their Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans to ensure readiness and high resilience. Prior to his current role as a trainer and consultant sherif held many managerial positions with a number of leading organizations including Emirates Integrates Telecom Company Du) ,Barclays Bank and the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil). He has conducted a number of BCM training for many Banks in Egypt helping them start thinking strategically and how to build, implement and embedding BCM in their culture. He also has conducted a number of BCM/Crisis Management Trainings in Egypt and Gulf countries.


Yasser Elsherif

Over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and data science, Specialized in Value Added Services, CRM, Data analytics, Balanced Scorecards, modelling and business intelligence.

Has developped and enhanced a lot of automated solutions for data mining and dashboards on different platforms with major telecom companies in the region.

Yasser has a collective experience from electronics design, programming, marketing and machine learning which allows him to combine different technologies, marketing ideas and processes to achieve business goals.
